1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VPN Portal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VPN Portal provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that helps users protect their online privacy and secure their internet connection through encrypted tunneling technology.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

VPN Portal offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal disabled through your Apple or Google Account Settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VPN Portal for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Illegal activities under applicable laws
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Sharing copyrighted material without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with VPN Portal are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
